Das Personal im Hotel und im dazugehörenden Restaurant sind sehr freundlich und jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbufett war große Klasse, zu jeder Zeit war alles sehr gut ausgestattet und ordentlich. Ich empfehle das Hotel als gutes Mittelklassenhotel gerne weiter.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war gut. Hotel alt und lange nichts an der Ausstattung gemacht. Toilette und Dusche wie eine Kaninchenbucht. Für kräftige Personen schwer sich zu bewegen ohne irgend ein Hindernis. Das beste ist die Lage.

Wer eine günstiges Hotel mit Frühstück in unmittelbarer Strandnähe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Keine extra Parkgebühren für Auto. Dafür muss man Abstriche am Hotel machen. Kein Aufzug und alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen , abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig. Jedoch ist das Personal freundlich, das Frühstück okay, morgens ein Stau und gut durchorganisiert. Die Zimmer immer geputzt und sauber. Problemloses ein-und auschecken über die Gaststätte, weil die Rezeption nicht ständig besetzt ist. Alles in Allem überwiegen die praktischen Vorteile als die optischen Nachteile am Hotel.

Eine schöne Woche in diesem Hotel

Eine tolle Woche in diesem sehr schön gelegenen Hotel. Man ist schnell am Strand und es gibt ein zypriotisches Restaurant im Hause (sehr zu empfehlen). Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Super nettes Team und sehr, sehr hilfsbereit!! Danke noch einmal :-)

Zentral strandnah gelegenes Hotel ohne Höhepunkte

Zentral gelegenes Hotel in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Kostenfreie Parkplätze standen ausreichend zur Verfügung (Nebensaison). Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Unser Zimmer ( Meerseite) war sehr klein. In das Zimmer wurde eine winzig kleine Fertigdusch-/ WC-Kabine integriert. Das Fenster war auch klein, so dass das Zimmer sehr dunkel wirkte. Die dunkle Beleuchtung verstärkte das Ambiente noch. Wegen des hohen Baumbestandes ist ein Meerblick im Sommer nicht vorhanden. (Dies nur zur Info, nicht als Kritik gedacht). Das Frühstück ist ok, wenn auch ohne große Auswahl. (Warum wird so nah am Meer kein Fisch - in welcher Form auch immer - serviert?) Die Internetverbindung riss immer wieder ab. Gemessen am Gebotenen war der Preis pro Übernachtung mit 130;- € zu hoch. Dies gilt insbesondere für die Reisezeit Ende September. Positiv allerdings war die Möglichkeit, bis 1 Tag vor Anreise zu stornieren.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Beim Frühstück viel frisches, saisonales Obst und Alles wird ständig nachgelegt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das kleine Bad ist vollkommen ausreichend.

Gutes Standard Hotel zum kleines Preis

Aufenthalt war entspannend und dank der Jahreszeit nicht überlaufen. Das Hotel ist einfach im Standard, das Gleich gilt auch für das Frühstück. Sehr freundlicher Service. Ein einfaches aber für unseren Anspruch an nichts mangelndem Frühstück. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist recht ruhig in den Nachstunden. Kleines Badezimmer wäre noch zu erwähnen.

1. Reihe mit Meerblick

Vorteile: alte Villa in der 1. Reihe mit Meerblick und super Lage in Kühlungsborn, großzügige Zimmer mit hohen Decken (gutes Raumklima). Der Service ist freundlich, das Abendessen im angeschlossenen Restaurant Famagusta lecker und frisch. Nachteile:Eingebaute Fertignasszelle im Raum ist viel zu klein und unkomfortabel. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend aber auch nicht mehr. Zusammenfassend für 1 Wochenende empfehlenswert, ein längerer Aufenthalt wird eher mühsam.

Schönes altes Hotel in Strandnähe

Sehr schön und aufwändig restauriertes Haus aus den Anfängen des 19. Jahrhundert. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einem eigenem Restaurant für zypriotische Küche. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt den wir nicht bereut haben. Allerdings sollten ältere Personen die Probleme mit Treppensteigen haben darauf achten, dass ihre Zimmer im EG liegen, da das Haus über keinen Aufzug verfügt.

Hübsches Hotel in Strandnähe und nur 500 m zum Ort

Wir waren leider nur 5 Tage dort und unternahmen in dieser Zeit mehrere Ausflüge, z. B. Stralsund, Wismar und Schwerin.
