Enjoyable Stay, great location- needs family focus

We had an enjoyable family stay, the property is in good condition and fantastic location. Breakfast offering is the highlight. Opportunities for improvement are around family-friendliness and more proactive customer service- check-In was very cold and abrupt, almost intimidating - service in the restaurant better but again lacking of some basic elements of customer friendliness, engagement with children etc.

Lovely Hotel, very nice cocktailbar.

Lovely hotel in the center, just a few meters from the beach walk. Nice, modern, and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The very talented bartender Mike is worth a visit even if you're not staying at the hotel.

Dies war under erster Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es war überall picobello sauber, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Einrichtung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Auch das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, für jeden etwas dabei. Etliche Wurst-, Fisch,- käsesorten, diverse Brötchen, Brote,Müsli,Cornaflakes,vegane Milch, diverse Teesorten,frisch gemachte Omelettes, usw. . Insgesamt ein klasse Hotel. Wir sind begeistert und kommen wieder.

Das Familienzimmer war sehr groß und mehr als Ausreichend für vier Personen. An einigen Stellen war schon der Zahn der Zeit erkennbar. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und auch lecker. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten im Restaurant war nicht für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Gegenüber ist der Strand. Parkplätze sind gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Für einen Kurzurlaub super!

Kjempeflott hotell med beste beliggenhet i Kuhlungsborn. Meget hyggelig betjening, flotte rom og topp frokost, både mat og personale. Restauranten er vakker, og alt er svært solid gjennomført. Skulle man peke på noe på minussiden: mangler aircondition - og badehåndklær kunne vært både større og tykkere. Bare bagateller.

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit guter Ausstattung. Bei unserer Suite blieben keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Personal - sehr freundlich, umsichtig und kompetent - Top - so in Deutschland selten erleb. Auch das Frühstück ist first Class genau wie das Essen im Restaurant. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Sehr schönes Haus mit schönen Zimmern, sehr sauber, direkt an der Strandpromenade. Extrem leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet, perfekt ist der "Omelett-Zubereiter". Super freundliches Personal im ganzen Haus, hervorzuheben sind dabei die beiden Azubis beim Frühstück! Kleines Minus: 16 € für den Parkplatz empfinde ich zu teuer.
