「1. Toilet should have soft closure
2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin. 」

「The Chateau is such an exceptional resort with European style. Most importantly, if you'd like to escape from the noise and pollution, the Chateau is obviously your choice! I love the location of the Hotel which's at the top of Berjaya Hill - a place with trees and birds. You won't find any industrial or commercial amenities - and you'll relax as much as you can! But please be aware of the monkeys which might appear anywhere in the Hotel. They're friendly, I suppose. Meanwhile, the staff are...

「Clean and nice rooms but there is no lobby or check in desk, everything is digital. If u want something u have to what’s app them. Second bedroom is v small. Water heater switch is in the living area and we didn’t know so we showered with cold water the first day. There was no handsoap in the bathroom which they gave us later. Overall a good stay but little far from main Genting area and activities. U have to either walk 10 min ( uphill) or take a grab which takes min 10-15 min to arrive. 」

「This place was amazing. Private beach for the hotel stay, gorgeous pools- including infinity pool. Staff amazing and the room had an amazing view. I think all rooms have great views, our room was right near the pools so easy to walk to restaurant, beach. Recommend! 」

「It's provided very good service for us. My husband got sick on the 1ST day we stay. Their staff took him go to see Dr. I believed that this was a special services for their guests. Because we had to get the boat to go to town to Dr. So thanks for their caring.」
