「The room was quite clean but shabby. The flooring was some type of laminate where the glue seems to have failed and so every step is a crinkle. Towels were fine and the climate control worked well.」

「 we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

「We recently stayed at this charming home which offered a unique experience. The house itself has an antique charm that isn't captured in the highly filtered and staged photos. The decor included religious pamphlets on each nightstand which added an interesting touch. The sleeping arrangements were fairly comfortable with the mattresses placed directly on the floor. 「I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.」

「We didn't get to use the gym or the pool but both seemed in good condition. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was nice but the building and room both needed some repairs. The luggage cart had two flat tires and our room's bathroom had loose and cracked floor tiles. The shower also was leaking so the room smelled musty.」
