「Family of 3, 3 month old kid.
Booked the most expensive private pool room.
The property is perfect for children. Greenery all around, lots of play areas, a huge public pool with awesome features, great breakfast, friendly staff, I think 3 restaurants as well. So if you have kids, they are going to love it.
However our room was a little let down. The private pool is amazing, clean and heated! There is also a jacuzzi in the room, also great but the room itself is a big letdown. There are 2...

「New Hotel
Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. The majority of the staff are young and need more direction.
Unfortunately the sound proofing is inadequate. I stayed on the railway side and throughout the early hours of the morning train horns are clearly heard, I cannot...

「The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on.」

「My wife and I stayed at the Emerald Clarks Inn Suites for a total of 25 nights during the Navaratri Period 2026, while visiting the Avadhoota Datta Peetham SGS Ashram. Our stay was conveniently located and beyond incredible, greeted by warm and welcoming staff and overwhelming cleanliness. The room, the atmosphere, the amenities and more importantly the service was exceptional. Staff was always willing to assist, no matter the need and the only thing that surpassed their professionalism was...

「Pathetic Experience at Radisson Blu Plaza, Mysore*
> Had a very bad experience here. The toilet in our room was broken and not working properly. We complained multiple times but no quick action was taken.
> When we approached the manager, his behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue or offering a solution/compensation, he refused to help.
