This hotel is overrated. The presidential suite was right below the toilets for their night club and the suite smelled like toilets that hadn’t been cleaned in few days. The staff cleaned the room and added air freshener but this did not solve the underlying problem. All in all, the stay was terrible. The amenities such as the shower controls were dated and the handheld unit was unstable. On the plus side, staff tried to be attentive and the restaurant was pretty good. With appropriate facilities maintenance, this could be a four star hotel.

I'm a hotelier I do expect some good service from the staff. Staffs are unprofessional they are not ready to wish and smile. After my check out they called me and said there is some payment pending. On my check out I have cleared the bill and handover the key to the person who stand in the reception. Why she can't check with the person before making a call to me? It was so embarrassed that I have checked out without paying bill
