「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」

「入住當天早上11點才發mail給key,已經在路上怎有wifi可收，office 上班時間是下午3點，我們在門口不得而入，等到4點多才有人上班，還打了國際電話確認，接電話也搞不清楚狀況....」

「Fine for what we needed. We didn’t stay much in the room. We were surprised that the train was right outside our window. The area of town was a little rough—but we just made sure to go out all together. The host is very responsive and instructions were very clear and easy. 」

「这是我出国那么多次以来入住的最糟糕的饭店，我们晚上十点到的前台已经下班了，只能打紧急电话给饭店紧急联络人，却被告知今天是周末他们休息，可是我们已经全部付款了，于是他便叫我们自己到信箱去找钥匙，入住后，洗澡时水忽冷忽热，房间打扫也是隔两天才有一次，最后离开那天更离谱，我们临时出去买东西，中午回来的时候行李已经被扔出房间在前台，员工竟然说没有我们的联系方式只能这样做，简直是胡说八道，检查行李还发现少了一些东西，这是最恐怖最烂的饭店，从服务到一切的一切都是糟糕透顶的，奉劝想要入住的中国朋友还是不要再考虑这家...」

「This is a great new build and steps away from the metro . The room was spotless. It's also a two minute walk to the supermarket. The only downside is that it's a half hour walk from the leafy suburb of Prenzlauer Berg and is located more in an area of new builds. 」

「Very cosy and modern hotel. Nice and young design. Very comfy bed, we had very good sleep. Free water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate at reception. Staffs are very friendly. We like the lobby. Hotel located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Supermarket and dm are right next door. 」

「我本人 太不滿意自動化check in.可以的話有人手幫助check in選擇. 房間內兩大問題.1.廁所燈光足夠,但係房內燈光昏暗,如兩者燈光對換就好.每次執物品需到近廁所位才可執東西. 2.房內wi-fi很弱,需站立到門口才可接收.很不方便. 3.供电socket有時無电供應. 」
