The place is very spacious, comfy and stylish with thoughtful design accents and in a really pretty area with a park and lake nearby. It would have been nice to have a few basic supplies available such as coffee, snacks and clothes washing detergent. Although it’s a little further out, it’s quite convenient and quick to get to Potsdam centre by tram. It’s about 10-15mins to walk to cafes and shops in the Dutch quarter. It was advertised as having parking and air conditioning but this was not entirely accurate. However, even though there was a heatwave during our visit, the apartment stayed cool. Parking is uncovered within the courtyard area which was not ideal for a motorbike but was relatively safe. Initially we had problems opening and locking the door as there is an additional door key needed which is in a key safe box. The AI checking in assistant was useful but it would be helpful if video or photo instructions could be provided. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch, kreativ und ganz gemütlich. Es gibt eine moderne Waschmaschine mit Kurzprogramm, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön. Das sind die positiven Punkte. Die Einrichtung (besonders in der Wohnküche) ist schon sehr stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Vieles sieht auch einfach verbastelt aus. Das trübt den ersten guten Endruck extrem. - An den Küchenschrank-Türen ist Klettband aufgeklebt, damit sie zu bleiben. Die Scharniere sind teilweise defekt. - Es gibt zwei verschiedene Herde und Backöfen direkt nebeneinander. Bevor man mit dem Kochen anfängt, muss man erst heraurausfinden, wie und was davon funktioniert. - Es ist toll, dass es Fliegengitter gibt, diese haben sich aber stellenweise stark abgelöst. - im Bad sind Fenster als Sichtschutz mit satinierter Folie beklebt. Die Folie ist an einem Fester komplett ab und eröffnet freie Sicht auf den Dusch- und Badebereich von der Straße aus (EG!) - Die Dusche hat keinen Spritzschutz nach vorne raus. Die angrenzende Türzarge ist schon ganz aufgequollen. Wir wollten lieber nicht herausfinden, was passiert, wenn man die Massagedüsen benutzt. Zudem ist die Lage sehr laut, besonders wenn man gern mit offenen Fenstern schläft. Die angrenzende Straße sieht auf den ersten Blick zwar nicht so aus, ist aber extrem stark befahren. Spätestens ab 5 Uhr morgens ist Schlaf nur noch mit Ohrstöpseln möglich.
