「Room is clean, tidy, big and comfortable. Hot spring is really nice with excellent view at night. You can easily see many stars at night. Breakfast and dinner are incredible. Overall it's definitely worth to spend a night here. However, location is quite far away from the city, so you are better to buy all you need in the supermarket before check in. Also, one minor point is staff will knock the door when they serve every single dishes and collect the dishes. Therefore they come several times...

「We had a great stay. Unfortunately, we were a bit late for breakfast choices, but they already informed us to be early if we wanted a good breakfast selection. Service was amazing, the room was clean, and the location so close to the station was perfect. Would recommend Kii hotel to others. 」

「位置距離白良濱車程10分鐘，有很多棟民宿，需要去服務中心辦理入住再自行前往各自民宿。大多都是臨街的一戶建，早晨車來車往噪音大。屋內整體乾淨整潔，但裝修及設施非常老舊且無wifi（入住有送移動wifi但並不好用），臥室床墊質量糟糕且窗簾不遮光，對睡眠影響較大。房間不包每日打掃衛生，有任何需要都只能自行前往服務中心溝通，總體體驗較差！」
