環境寧靜，房間乾淨舒適。鄰近九龍公共圖書館，是適合用作辦公或溫習的好地方。 住宿位置在半山坡上，如果旅客乘搭公共交通工具在附近下車，步行至住宿地點會比較不方便，因為帶著行李上斜坡會比較辛苦，而且住宿位置距離地鐵站有一定距離。
