Can’t find the place,then go other hotel bc can’t find place,go upstairs and looking see the names but don’t see the door and no people know where is ,people live there for number 7 ,4,5 but didn’t see numbers 6 for hotel and terrible

The check in experience was crazy, no clear directions. I ended up staying in a different floor in a guesthouse I didn’t book, presumably owned by a friend of the owner? Staff were friendly, but doesn’t make up for the shocking experience. I’d reccomend finding a nicer place further from the center.

Bodde på dorm, billigt ja. Våningssängarna är för asiater,är du längre än 1,80 får du inte plats. Renlighet ja dom bytte papperskorgen 2 ggr men sopade inte ens golvet under min 5 d vistelse. Badrummet va fullt med svartmögel Nej, inte igen.

部屋は狭く、ゴキブリが何匹もいた。気にならない人なら安価でいいと思いますが、清潔を好む人は少し高くても他を探しましょう。

初めてのチョンキン宿泊でした。事前にクチコミで、お金だけ引き落とされ泊まれなかったと読んだので、ドキドキしながら行きました。宿に着くと、入口のドアに電話番号が記載されているので、そこに電話しなくてはなりません。ドアの呼鈴を押してもムダです。スタッフは常時別の場所にいます。電話すると、すぐにピックアップに行くからそこで待ってろ、と言われ、数分後スタッフが別の場所から現れ、この宿とは別のフロアに連れて行かれます。そこには10個位の宿を纏めたレセプションというか、コントロールルームみたいなのがあり、そこで部屋の鍵を受け取り、別のスタッフが部屋へ案内してくれます。宿は当日の予約の入り具合で、予約した宿とは別のチョンキン内のcrystal innというところに案内されて泊まりました。New guangzhouは最初にチラッと廊下、トイレを覗いた時、半裸の中東系の人が歩いてたり、廊下は荷物や洗濯物で溢れていて、これはかなり難易度高いな、と感じました。おそらく掲載されている写真とは全く違います。通されたcrystal innは静かで、廊下も綺麗で、部屋は狭いですが、許容範囲でした。トイレ、シャワーが一体のスーパーユニットバスには驚きましたが、たぶんチョンキン内はみんなこうでしょう。宿によっては、ドアにレセプションの場所を書いてくれている場合もありますが、New guangzhouは電話番号の張り紙しかなく、電話をかけることが必須なので、多少の英語か中国語を話せれば、レセプションに辿り着けます。

It’s a good location, near MTR and bus station but you should stay 1-2 days only. The bathroom was very small, dirty and smell. The staff were nice. On the other hand, the room wasn’t easy to find. I can stay here because I want to save my money and it’s good for people who can stay in anyplace.

Research the building before booking!

A quick Google search for chungking mansion will tell you about this informous buildings reputation, overcrowding and lack of safety. Almost all of the cheap and central accommodation will be in this building or next door. Our room turned out to be in the building next door which was a little better and the apartment itself had been recently renovated and quite clean. We were put in a single room when we'd booked a double. The service was fine too. Just be aware of what you're booking before staying here.

My gosh, I'll never forget this one-star hostel experience. Surely something I'll remember for the rest of my life. The manager who checked me in was very nice and even upgraded my room to a double. I only had a bunk mate for one night. Bossman even lent me an adapter. Overall, a good experience.

청킹맨션 자체를 절대 가지마세요 싼맛에 가시는 분들 많은데 진짜 무섭습니다.

청킹맨션 가는 순간 중동 사람들이 가득하고 해코지 하는건 아니지만 정말 무섭습니다. 처음 체크인 하는곳에 갔더니 문잠겨있고 두드리고 불러도 안열어줍니다 한참있으니 어떤사람이 열고 들어가는걸 따라 들어갔죠. 그분께 어떻게 체크인 하냐고 물으니 안에있는 전화기로 전화를 하랍니다. 전화하니 20분 뒤에 지배인이 오더군요. 숙소는 완전히 반대편에 있었고 또 그까지 갔습니다. 엘리베이터 5명타면 못타는데 매번 꽉차서 줄서야 하고 정말 느려서 한번 올라가려면 10분 걸립니다. 숙소 내부는 신발 신고 들어가는 곳이며 침대 말고는 신발 신고 다닙니다. 사실상 다닐곳도 없습니다 침대앞에 한발짝 걸을 공간도 없어요. 그리고 영어 못하면 절대 가지마세요. 삼일 예약했는데 이틀째에 방빼라고 하는데 영어 못했으면 꼼짝없이 나갈 뻔 했습니다. 베게, 이불은 세탁하는지 모르겠는데 엄청 눅눅했고 거기서 주는 수건은 세탁은 되어있지만 흰수건이 얼룩덜룩할정도로 오래 사용한 수건 같았습니다. 한국사람이라면 청킹맨션에 가는것 무엇을 상상하든 상상 그이상일 것입니다. 차라리 비싸게 돈주고 좋은곳 가세요.

The room was very smelly.... the bed cover and mattress dirty..... we had bed bugs..... the manager was very rude unorganized, not helpful in any way...... the lift was smelly and busy all the time....... the entrance of the building was dirty full of scammers and people try to selling any sorts of stuff including drugs very unsafe I saw people fighting many time police have to be called in to calm the situation especially late at night....... the restaurant where incredibly dirty with rude staff........ I did not enjoy stay there at all and I will not suggest to anyone to go either.....

Hotel barato en Hong Kong

La única ventaja que tiene esta casa de huéspedes es que es barata para los costos de HK. Es difícil acceder a él por el laberinto de bloques de departamentos. Llegas a la recepción en el horario establecido y nadie responde, tienes que hablar a los teléfonos que aparecen al frente de la puerta, tienes que esperar por lo menos 30 min a que aparezca el encargado. La limpieza es dudosa, las sábanas estaban limpias. El baño terrible, diminuto y en todos los días de mi estancia, no fue limpiado. El pasillo entre habitaciones siempre lleno de cosas. Realmente fue decepcionante el lugar.

청소가 되어 있는 상태인데 침대에 남의 털도 있고 화장실은 변기가 안내려가고 타월은 하루 한 장만(2명인데) 제공되요. 와이파이는 잘되네요. 결국 하루는 포기하고 공항에 가서 밤 샜어요.

錢已付, 但不給房!

錢已經早在網站付了, 到達時說沒有我們的預訂! 大半夜的弄了2個多小時才查出來我們有訂的房間! 明明其他酒店用名字已經可以查出來了, 這間連收據都給了都查不出來!

Very bad experience for staying... Door is closing when I arrived at 22:00. The staff answered the door bell after 10 mins. Even I had paid and made reservation thru Expedia. They said no any information about my booking... Until I show them my paper document. They gave me a bed finally... Very terrible experience....

There was no room available despite we had booked the room. They did transfer us to another/sister hostel (Castle Inn Hostel) in the same building. When I asked to change the bedsheets, they ignored my request the first time. I had to call the 'receptionist' when I returned to the room late at night and waited for an hour before the staff could arrive and change for us. I am still cool with that because at least the bedsheets are changed until I ask why did the guy brought only one bedsheet where there are two beds in the room. He told me that I said change only one bedsheet. And the most unacceptable thing he said to me was:"We have given you a big room when you have booked a room for 2 single(bed)." Wow! I was totally blown away and I told him I did mentioned bedsheetS and, NO, I DID booked a room for 2 WITH double beds. I asked for a TV remote that never came, and TV that promised to fixed but unsure if that have done that as I cannot receive and channels. Other than that, we were ok with the lift that took quite some time to arrive. Be prepared that you may have to wait for next round just to get in the lift. If you wanna avoid such case, wake up earlier. The worse timing taking the lift around10:30AM to 3:30PM, where most people check out/check in, and after 10PM where most people returning back to their hostel. I cannot say the room is sparkling clean but at least the bathroom was clean and no bedbugs.
