「The property is in a breathtaking location and the premises are also maintained very well. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Both the infinity pools were really nice (one of them is exclusive to the club room bookings). All the staff were very cordial and cooperative. The chefs at the restaurant made custom dishes for our daughter's liking. Tides restaurant at the beach side has a great menu and good food. All in all, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning.」

「Friendly staff, superb breakfast and clean beach」

「It's a well maintained boutique hotel. The food is very tasty and the staff are very polite and helpful. We were upgraded with a huge family room with a mezzenine floor.」

「No hot water. Lots of mould in the room. Not clean what so ever. Will never be back. Staff did what they could but ….」

「Good」

「Kettle and TV should be provided in the room.」

「De locatie voor bezienswaardigheden is heel goed. Hotel is zeer gedateerd, oud en smerig. Hygiënisch is het ook heel slecht. In badkamer hing aanhoudend riolering lucht. 」

「View is good with greenery and sea . Approach to property is tough. Washrooms could be better. Breakfast was pathetic…given the money you pay. Staffs are too busy and the food is ok ok.」

「Hotel manager was friendly. Had a good stay but hot water was not available.」

「The room was very basic, the staff were polite but not that helpful」

「If you want the sound of breaking waves 200 metres away, a spacious room, a big balcony (this time with a view of the bay and beach); a two minute walk to the sand and the sea and the lovely Kovalam beach; coconut trees all around and lots of local people enjoying the happy life, this is for you. It’s a very Kerala hotel, dark wood, space and carved wood. Friendly staff. It coups do with a bit of modernisation, but what you need will work. It’s very personal. I hade been there a year before...
