We had a great Onam getaway at Gokulam Grand. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The sadya was excellent. Special mention goes to Sangeetha, Nandana, Akash, Aditya and Onam sadya team. The rooftop bar has a great view. The food was delicious. Overall a grand experience and shall definitely recommend.

We were disappointed about new year party we attended. Next day we got food poisoning. We had upset upset stomach and diarrhea last three days our holiday. We did report it to manager but he didn't take it seriously

Lack of attention to detail. Surprised has 5 star classification! Terrible no flow dining service & setup. Took long time to get basic orders like a beverage. Smell of food in rooms - dining kitchens open design & in the center of hotel. Poorly thought out design & ventilation. Shower constant flooding. Sink in bathroom position too far in. No shower gel in bottle. Fridge / cupboard door trap hand hazard - poor design. Miserly replenishment of basic hot beverage condiments.
