Based on the overall experience, I would rate it closer to a 4-star property. That said, the outdoor ambiance and lush greenery are among the finest I’ve seen, which adds a lot of charm — but still not enough to justify a full 5-star rating.」

「Had a wonderful 1 night stay in gokulam grand in kovalam. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Service was fantastic. Our room was very clean and well maintained. My only criticism is that the activity room could be maintained better. Only the table tennis, foosball and pool table were somewhat usable. The tv didn't work, no proper board games and AC didnt work either. 」
