「The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! 」

「Wonderful accommodations. The kitchen was great for whipping up meals. There is a store within a 2 minute walk to get all your supplies. Wonderful avenues with all the shops are less than a 5 minute walk. Coin laundry on the next corner, you can drop off and pick up same day. You can see the water from the front step. 「My family and I had a wonderful stay at this place. Rua Augusta is conveniently located with in walking distance to some of the best restaurants and ferry terminal. The best part was the ever so responsive and helpful host Theodosia. 」

「The hotel location is in peaceful area, several groceries near hotel and the parking place for the car is in the mall very close at hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, also the room was very clean. There are next to the mall buss stop where you can board a free city buss which take to the city center. 」

「I booked the junior suite and the views from the balcony were amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful and the location of the hotel was very convenient.」

「Nothing bad to say. It is a perfect stay and has the perfect staff and perfect anemities. Very clean and close to center. The only negative point was they rang on me at 11am sharp to checkout. They ddnt wait 1 minute :) althu the checkin is at 3pm. They werent flexible on this point. However I still rate them 10/10.」

「The room is a great size with a ensuite and kitchenette. There is a small dining table for two and a balcony. I found the room suitable and good value fof money. It had a reverse cycle air conditioner which came in handy overnight when it got colder. The bed was firm yet comfortable. The kitchen had a mid-sized bar fridge. 」
