Pros: Near to the pier and many spots near the sea. Convienance Cons: Tideness is so bad, the toilet is broken and have stain. Please bring your own towel, tooth paste and brush! The bed sheets are dirty.

The pictures and the rating for the hotel and rooms were misleading. The rooms were fithy. The walls were covered in dust. The dust on some of the flat surfaces was so thick that it must have been there for months or possibly years. A/C unit made popping sounds all day an night and barely worked. The shower leaked all over the tiny bathroom floor. There was only hot water for less than 2 minutes to shower with and then went ice cold. The towels were paper thin and felt like sandpaper. The toilet paper rolls were so small, that a family uses it up in half a day. Then You had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper and they would give you 1 roll. The safe didn't work. I figured out that it needed new batteries, which they did provide. The only good thing about the hotel is that the staff, probably because of feeling bad that you choose this hotel, did try to be a little helpful.

良かった点・ホテルからスリアサバやセンターポイント、市場と徒歩圏内でありお買い物が楽しめた。・周りにコンビニも多く、ホテルの並びにあるご飯屋さんも美味しかったし、ケンタッキーやバーガーキングなども並びにあって食には困らない。・有名なバクテーやチキンライスのお店も近く、観光にはとても便利。・服かけるところとコンセントが多くて良かった。・ドライヤー小さいのにめちゃくちゃパワフルで良かった。・スタッフの方もとても親切で気持ちよく滞在できた。悪かった点・入口は施錠されていてカードがないとロビーに入れないが、前でたむろか待ち合わせしてる人が自分の後ろから一緒に入ってロビーで涼んでたのが怖かった。・WiFiが毎回ログインしないといけないので、パスワード書いてある紙捨てると大変。・洗面所の排水が悪い。・バスタオル以外のバスマットと手拭きタオルの違いが分からず使うのに躊躇った。

even though its just a simple hotel but the amenities are complete & was amazed. they even provide safebox in the room. they gave gift to guest checking in with them. i really like the hotel & wont hesitate to recommend it to others

Worth staying!

1. Location Good location to roam around the city. It's near Waterfront, shopping malls and local markets. Safe and easy to find. 2. Room Room was a bit small but clean. They didn't change the bed sheet but did change towels and room kept neat during the stay. Hot water and AC are available. No insects. A bit noisy since it's near markets and stuff. No fridge. 3. Staff Kind and helpful. 4. Price Good budget hotel.

コスパの良いホテル

３泊しましたがコタキナバル市内の中心に位置していて、立地が良く周りに飲食店も多数あり便利でした。部屋は清潔で一人旅でしたが、値段も手頃で快適に過ごせました。ホテルのスタッフも親切でGrabで車を呼んでもらい、安い値段で目的地に移動することができました。

立地はいいけど、壁がかなり薄い。

ナイトマーケットや、コンビニ、レストランなど立地はすごくよくて便利です。今回は２日間宿泊しました。ベットにおいてあるクッションは異臭がするし、枕も臭かった。バスタオルを使って寝ました。壁が非常に薄く音が良く聞こえる。2日目の夜中、隣の部屋に帰ってきた中国人がドアを何度もバンバン開け閉めする音で目覚めました。大声で話す声はよく聞こえるし、結果目覚めてしまい一睡も出来ず早朝にチェックアウト。隣の部屋の音がすごく聞こえる。立地が良いだけにすごく残念。次回は近所の違うホテルを試すと思う。

작지만 깔끔하고 위치 좋은 곳

위치가 아주 좋습니다 길 건너서 근처에 먹을 곳도 많구요 방은 좀 작지만 가격이 저렴하고 객실도 깔끔합니다 복도 곳곳에 정수기가 있어서 물 마시기도 좋아요

어디를 가든 도보로 이용가능한 위치에 있어 예약한 곳인데 3박 하는 동안 너무 좋았어요. 카드 찍고 들어가야 하는 시스템이라 오히려 좋은 호텔들 보다 더 보안이 철저한 느낌이었고 호텔 들어서자마자 레몬글라스 향이 너무 기분 좋게 만들었어요. 숙소가 좁긴 하지만 크게 불편함이 없고 청결하고 좋았어요

처음에 그랩 타고 기사분이 내려줬을 때 여기가 호텔이야?라는 생각은 들었다. 외관은 별로 였지만 호텔 안은 청결했고 호텔에서 나오면 바로 가야일요시장이 열리는 등 위치가 너무 좋아서 가격 대비 좋았다. 그런데 위치가 좋아서 그런지 주변이 좀 시끄러웠고 무엇보다 에어컨 소리가 너무 커서 잠잘때 예민하신 분들은 별로일 것 같다
