Nice hotel close to city.

Nice hotel close to city. Overall rating is quite good. However, the family suite facilities are not worth for money value during our 1st visit such as no basic tea/beverage provided, bad wifi connection, swimming pool under maintenance etc. Lanvin Hotel keep up your good work. We will visit your place again.

A basic hotel on the outskirts of town.

When you arrive you have no idea the building houses a hotel which takes up part of one floor with the rest of the hotel being a bridal clothes shop. The foyer of the bridal shop is also the foyer of the hotel. Didn't see the swimming pool. No frig in the room and the TV could only pick up one channel. When you arrive in Kota Kinibalu or just before it's best to let the owner know. When I arrived no one was there. The cabby had to ring him. Most cabbies have no idea of the address even though it is on a major road out of town. Taxi fares are around 20 RM although they will try and charge you 30.
