「Awesome !」

「Only the bare minimum was available in the kitchen. Bring your own corkscrew and knives! We had to pay a lot for extra cleaning of the room and then noticed they had not done much, not changed the sheets nor cleaned the bathroom. There was a lot of dust behind and under couch.... 」

「Frábær staðsetning. Frábært starfsfólk, hreinlæti og aðstaðan sérlega goð. Rúmið var mjög gott, dún koddi og sæng með vönfuðum rúmfötum. 」

「The room had a really nice cosy feel to it and felt spacious. We loved the balcony from which we saw the Northern lights. The bathroom had a good shower and lovely L'Occitane toiletries. Staff on reception were super friendly and helpful. The highlight for us was the breakfast which had plenty of choice and delicious coffee and sourdough which we have not stopped talking about! The Starbucks was handy in reception. We only saw afterwards that we would have got a discount by showing our room...

「The room is a bit dark but other things are really nice. The staff (especially the breakfast lady) is highly appreciated, nice and good service. A very pleasant stay!」

「櫃檯人員很親切，餐廳有免費咖啡和茶可以飲用，5點還有下午茶蛋糕。房間內的設備簡單，但空間不算太小，浴室還蠻乾淨的，可安心使用。有自己的停車場，可免費停車，旁邊有超市走路5分鐘可達，到市中心區也不算太遠，我們是散步過去的，省了停車的麻煩。」

「Hi, Alfred. Thanks for your service during our stay in Iceland. Your apartment was more than prefect for 3 of us, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully gear, the location is excellent, everything was good. We were appreciated for all what you had done for us. We were rushing to airport early in the morning on the day we left Iceland, and even didn't have time to call you to say sorry because I accidentally burnt a towel when I took some food from the oven at the night...
