Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay. 4/5 Room Condition - Very nice. New. 「Good experience of this hotel. The room is small, but good enough to fully open 2 big luggages. Close to the main street, and there is a supermarket open to 12 am around the corner. Indoor parking is the best part of this hotel, we can use room key to access the garage door. However, Hotel.com silver member benefits never happened during our stay. But We are happy with the location and easy parking of Skuggi Hotel. 」

「The hotel is clean and newly furnished, necessities such as towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided for free. Bring your own dental set because it is a chargeable item. The room is a bit small, can hardly walk if you have the suitcase opened. Location is perfect, there is a supermarket and a bookstore just around the corner; also, just a 5 min walk to the Main Street. 」
