"A good value and very clean. The Neighborhood is a little rough late at night, but there’s lots restaurants and stores nearby. The front desk was happy and cheerful. I saved a lot of money by staying here and would be pleased to stay once again."

"Location of the property in proximity to Pier 39 was fantastic. It was a super easy location to navigate within the rest of the city as well. The rooms were really nice as well as the beds. Our bathroom was super small though. The included breakfast was fantastic. The downside is that if you have any tours that begin before 6:30am, there are no food options to select from inside the hotel. You are close to a Trader Joe's, Starbucks and Walgreens if needed. The outside fire pits could use some attention as they are a little dirty and the seating around then is well worn."

"The Majestic is one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I’m in SF for business. It’s in a safe neighborhood that is close to everywhere I need to be. The rooms are cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. I have stayed in both a Jr Queen Suite and Premium Queen and both are exceptional. I’ll continue to book here when it work for me and highly recommend to anyone who needs a nice place to stay in the area."

"Terrible hotel, smelled musty, bed was horrible! Literally was just springs and hurt every time I tried to turn over. It was very cold and we asked for extra pillows and a blanket and they gave us some sort of thin bed cover that would slide right off. There was loud construction going on right outside our window and when we asked about moving rooms they said the only one they had available was worse than the room we had. So we had to stay in that smelly room with the worse bed I have ever slept in! Worst hotel stay ever!!"

"I stayed at Hilton Financial District in San Francisco with my family of four. We arrived around midday, and I do appreciate that the staff accommodated an early check-in by 1:30 PM, which was helpful after travel. However, I was quite surprised and disappointed to learn that our booking (made through Expedia) did not guarantee rooms on the same floor. As we were traveling with children, this was an important consideration for us. At check-in, we were informed that if we wanted rooms on the same floor, we would need to pay an additional fee. This put us in a difficult position, and we felt compelled to pay extra to ensure our family could stay close together. It was frustrating, as this was not clearly communicated during the booking process, and it reduced the value of booking through Expedia. Overall, while the staff were courteous, I would strongly recommend that families confirm room arrangements in advance and that the hotel (or booking platforms) be more transparent about such policies."

"The room was quite clean, and the staff was very friendly. They also provided complimentary bottled water, which was a nice perk. Free coffee and tea for guests was another great touch. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use any of the amenities since there was plenty to do outside. The breakfast was buffet-style and very convenient."
