"Average apartment in a prime location. Advert said that towels would be provided but owner messaged on the day of check in that we would have to rent the towels. And also pay extra for late check out. Never experienced that before at any holiday apartment or hotel. Just a nice fun fact to know before booking this place. Otherwise it was ok. "

"The flat was nice and cozy, in a great location, but we had a few negatives: The toilet sink had a harsh smell from the sewer, maybe it had not been used for long but it was quite distinct. We didn't want to turn on the heat during our stay, but we really could have used another duvet, my mom was freezing on the couch, and the blanket was not doing much. It would have been nice with some towels, don't know if I missed it in the description, but I forgot to bring my own."

"chambre 205 : Notre réservation n'était pas enregistrée !!! heureusement qu'il restait une chambre de libre. J'ai du faire une réclamation auprès d’hôtel.com. Mais pas de climatisation (les 3* belges ne sont pas attribuées sur les mêmes critères qu'en France/à l'international) ; sur rue donc bruyant si on ne ferme pas les fenêtres ; grande chambre, grande salle de bain mais vieillotte, matelas à changer, pas de drap housse mais une simple alèse !!! pas de parking (gros problème)"

"Bring your own towels and toilet paper, make your own beds when you get there then strip your bed and put in living room. No soap hand towels, nothing. Horrible!!"
