「We just came back from Hyatt Regency Samui after a 6 nights trip. Honestly, it was a disappointment. We are a family of 4, with 2 under 5s, and we visit at least to one tropical destinations in asia per year. Hyatt Regency Samui does not worth the room rate, with the same amount of money, I can get much better hospitality in Bali or Malaysia.
