「Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean and the pool has a reasonable size. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. We had an amazing stay until the last day of our trip. We triple confirmed late check-out (15.30) with staff from the reception. However, all our luggage and valuables were being removed from our room without our consent after the normal check-out time while we were out having lunch. We didn't even finish packing. 「W’s airport transfer sent us to a wrong hotel which wasted 45min of our valuable time. Then we both got food poisoning at Nomu restaurant. We ended spent entire vacation in our room. This is a big disappointment as we looked forward to this Wedding Anniversary celebration. W Samui got a lot of work to do regarding the basic stuff like food and beverage and services.」
