lovely ambiance, off the beaten path with a sweet charm some amazing authentic Thai restaurants in the area, but make sure you’re comfortable on a motorbike/scooter so that you can get into town (or grab a Grab)

Breakfast was overpriced. Only cheap coffee and fake juice (like kool-aid type). The room was nice. Nothing to be upset about but I wouldn’t book here again.

Staff in office not nice,place is old and run down, far out of the way you must have transportation to get around, the do have a very nice private beach , we stayed in their apartments, not the bungalows 2 floor , no elevator , I don’t know how the bungalows are! Samui is a beautiful place !

If you stay here, you must eat at the restaurant 3 minutes walk away called Sabai Sabai. They honestly deserve a michelin. We ate here 4 times during our 3 night stay. Feels like you are in a warm thai lady's home and she is cooking for you. staff are very nice at the pinnacle and was honestly suprised at how nice the pool and bungalows were

I enjoyed staying at Pinnacle as i was given a cabin close to the pool and beach and breakfast restaurant. Breakfast options were good. There are other restaurants nearby if you wanted a change though. The tourist info lady across from reception was brilliant in organising excursions and taxis.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful, very smooth check in and checkout process. The grounds are very average, upkeep at the pool area could be better. We were in the hotel block of rooms and the room condition was not great, it could definitely use some improvement.

Location was ok, hotel next door to a industrial unit, rooms are a little tired need a refresh. Pool and beach are lovely. We found the hotel staff not as welcoming as the thai people always are. Wgen you walked through reception they just ignored you and when asked for a towel as there was only one in the room it was an effort for them to get one. Bar staff where always on there phone rather than cleaning up after people gave eaten or finished drinking. It was ok for the price but stayed alot better for the money

Dont even bother staying here.

The bed is so hard that it gave us back pain, and we had to check out early because it was so unbearable. We are in our twenties.. The hotel is located in a dirty slum area, with no good and hygienic restaurants or shops anywhere nearbh. The hotel itself is not in a good shape, it is old and crusty, with creases everywhere for insects and lizards to end up in your room. Even with closed doors and windows. Breakfast was fine, but the same everyday. Dont bother staying here, unless you want back pain and a disspointment

Dette var et kjempebra sted meg gode service instillte ansatte Stille å rolig sted bed bra frokost og lunsj/middag var også tilfredstillende Hotellet trenger en real oppussing, det er veldig nedslitt og spa avd var stengt innvedig, bare masasje utvendig jaccuse ute var stengt og dusjene var et tragisk syn men ellers var poolen bra Vi hadde et kjempefin opphold på Pinnacele Tusen takk, kommer tilbake
