Good location but Dissapointed

I stayed here in 2015 and gave it a great review.staff and room brilliant. But not in 2017. Staff had no english. Shower kept pulsating and going from very hot to cold in seconds. Bed side lights not working. No selection of english channells on tv. These conditions applied to all rooms not just mine . So called restraunt hardly ever open and little stock. If raining roof or canopy leaking. This place has the potential to be great but their seems to be no management or maintenance whatssoever. Pity as it was brilliant in 2015

Nice hotel - no service

We have booked 2 superior-rooms an we've got 2 Villas with garden view without living room(it was closed). The bathroom was a complete misconstruction. To go to the toilet one had to open the door by almost 180 °. The front desk was only temporarily occupied. When we get back in the evening around 22:30 the reception was closed and our room key was on the floor before the reception - everyone could have taken it. During check-in they gave us the keys and brought us to the room and that was it. There was no warm welcome, no explanation about the room, locker,wifi, breakfast or the area. During the rest of our stay the guy never greeted us or even said goodbye when we checked-out. The service we had at I-Samui was totally the opposite of what we're used to in Thailand.

Nice hotel but short on the basics

Hotel was in a quite area with no distrubance from bars and only 5 min walk from town center. However some of the basic things supplied by most hotels were not available such as no coffee/tea making facilities in room and no umbrellas The road/path leading to the hotel which is about 300 yards long is unlit so may be a problem at night. Pool was very small

Meget værdi for pengene.

Dejligt nyt hotel beliggende 5 min fra stranden i et roligt område. Værelserne er store og holdt i lyse farver, og det er alt det basale man har brug for. Cirka 300 meter fra hotellet på vej mod stranden ligger Toms Bakery som er drevet af af Tom fra Schweitz, hvor vi spiste hver morgen. 500 meter fra hotellet ligger Lamai Food Market som er en samling af Food Trucks med tilhørende borde og stole, som åbner kl 18. Maden købes for 70bath (2€), og drikkevarer hentes i supermarkedet Family Mart som er nabo. Hele området fra hotellet og med til hovedgaden og stranden er fyldt med restauranter, barer og massage- stedet. Hotellet ligger dog 100 meter fra den nærmeste så der er fredeligt og roligt.

Worst service

When we arrived at Samui we asked for transport from the pier to the hotel. They wanted to charge us more than 800bth (taxi from pier to hotel would have cost us 300bht) During check-in they gave us the keys and brought us to the room and that was it. There was no warm welcome, no explanation about the room, locker,wifi, breakfast or the area. During the rest of our stay the guy never greeted us or even said goodbye when we checked-out. The service we had at I-Samui was totally the opposite of what we're used to in Thailand. I don't recommend the hotel there nicer places in the area.

Utmärkt hotell

Mycket stabilt wi-fi. Lugn bakgata med omedelbar närhet till centrum. 6 minuters promenad till stranden. Väldigt vänlig personal och mycket bra frukost. Rekommenderas!
