Trotzdem haben sie den Schlüssel angeblich nicht bekommen und ich soll für den Schlössertausch zahlen. Ganz toll.. sun & Snow nie wieder....."

Negativ: Schlüssel muss an anderer Adresse abgeholt (und abgegeben!) werden. Diese Adresse ist nicht mit Hausnummer gekennzeichnet, daher etwas Suchen. Den Müll selbst runter zu bringen kann man hinnehmen. Insgesamt 8/10!...

It is hard to find parking downtown and you have to pay for parking. The local grocery store is about 15 min walk. The only nice thing about this apartment is that it is close to the beach about 3 min walk. You have to pay for parking for the time you stay there. "Very nice apartment with outdoor patio. Our unit was on the bottom floor. Location is outstanding. Nearby restaurants were amazing. Beach was beautiful. Highly recommend this location. Only downside is the bedroom. It's a loft which is very nice but low ceiling. Maybe 4 ft. The tight circular staircase could be difficult for seniors. I would suggest another unit."
