We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. My room was comfortable, spacious, and modernly decorated, with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The hotel is in a great location. We appreciated the cleanliness and fantastic service. However, there were a few things we didn't like. It was chaotic and crowded at breakfast; it was hard to find an available table. The staff didn't seat guests or check for free tables. Hotel parking is expensive compared to other hotel parking lots in other cities. The stay included one hour of free access to the Aqua Park pools. This didn't bother us too much, though, as that amount of time was sufficient for us. The rooftop infinity pool was okay, but the water wasn't very warm. There was also a Jacuzzi, but it was always occupied, so we didn't get a chance to use it. Generally we recommend stay there.

Hotel and spa absolutely wonderful - not much negative to say. But the staff is very "polish" and cold and unfriendly. This is a 5*-standing hotel and they should train their staff to have that friendliness and service worth of a 5*z

Definitely 10/10. Amazing views and amenities great staff, terrific location. Nice suite room. Only feedback to make this an 11/10 would be adding a rack of free weights or a set of bowflex SelectTech to the weight room / siłownia. Great cardio machines tho. Also the front desk 9701 and room service 9802 numbers were unclear but was able to connect and got vey promptly and excellent service. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately the pool was not heated and the bar was closed. Both were a reason for us to go there, it's a pity that it wasn't available, but above all that it wasn't announced. There was no apology and no justification. At the prices we paid for a suite, it was a no go.

We stayed in a superior room with view but we found a bit tight for 2 people , the front desk recommended the presidential suite ,,, on the 12 th floor it was 1000sqft , and the view from it was spectacular we agreed to take it, however the staff member forgot to mention there was no sound proofing , and there was a restaurant above the room , you could hear from morning till night , people walking , chairs and tables moving etc ,, for a presidential suite the furniture in living room looked liked it had taken a beating over the years , the mini bar was also pathetic, snicker bar and some soft drinks , for that kind of money per night I would have expected more , the tv connection to internet did not work they had some old system , no upgraded internet , the carpet Was in need of carpeting cleaning g to remove stains , the wood floor in living room and dining room was in bad shape , i will stay at Radisson in other cities ,,,, but never in swinoujscie, This was supposed to be a quiet relaxing vacation for me , however hard to sleep if they are running and moving stuff early in the morning till night time

Personal beim Frühstück und Abendessen unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Großen Daumen hoch! Reinigung vom Zimmer eher notdürftig und immer erst um 14:30 Uhr. Das ist einfach zu spät. Lautstärke bis in die Nacht durch die angrenzenden Restaurants am Wochenende unglaublich laut. Aquapark toll. Auswahl und Geschmack beim Essen sehr gut. Hier findet jeder etwas.

Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel - moderne Zimmer, toller AquaPark (1st. umsonst nutzbar, schnelle Rutschen), Kids Club, etc, wäre da nur nicht das Essensthema. Das Restaurant ist komplett falsch und ungeschickt eingerichtet für die Menge an Gästen. Tische viel zu eng beieinander, zu schwere klebrige Stühle, Tische zwischen den Buffetreihen platziert etc. Es war enorm laut und wuselig beim Essen, besonders beim Frühstück. Abendessen tun viele außerhalb (es gibt sehr viele Restaurants an Promenade), dadurch war es entspannter Um Getränke zu bestellen braucht man einen Credit (sagt einem vorher keiner) oder zahlt direkt bar. Essen selbst war gut und abends abwechslungsreich aber auch nicht außergewöhnlich oder mit Pfiff. Servicepersonal ist fleissig am abräumen und putzen aber beim Getränke aufnehmen könnten sie aufmerksamer sein. Viele Gäste nehmen nur Tee oder Wasser, welches kostenlos am Buffet steht. Auch komisch in meinen Augen für 5* Hotelgäste (Sparfüchse erwarte ich eher in anderen Hotels) Auch bei der Abschluss Rechnung bekam ich nur die Gesamtbetrag und keine Übersicht der einzelnen Beträge , so kann man natürlich nichts kontrollieren. Geparkt haben wir draussen auf dem Schotterparkplatz. Der kostet extra, ca 15€ am Tag, Tiefgarage ist noch teurer. Generell ist Polen nicht günstig! Mir erschien das Publikum und das Verhalten beim Essen nicht passend für ein 5* Hotel. Wer also auf gepflegtes und gehobenes Ambiente Wert legt, der muss evtl. Wo anders hin

Unser Zimmer war wie beschrieben, mit 1a Ausblick und voll ausgestattet. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Einzig der Bodenbelag ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal ersetzt werden. Verpflegung war, auch für kleine Kinder, sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden . Das Team im Service war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Hotel, wirklich zu empfehlen. Leider ein paar kleine Anzüge für genau die Annehmlichkeiten eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Unsere Minibar leer, dafür roch der Kühlschrank. Vielleicht lag es am Reisedatum( Mitte August ) es war echt viel los.
