今次係第二次住，比上次差很多。職員服務唔好，轉左我之前所訂了的房間型號，追問下先話比左其他人！如果要返我的房型就要轉到最底層！而且衛生又差很多，酒店有曱甴！今次對間酒店真係太失望！

雖然酒店地點不近車站 不過都有Shuttle bus接送 非常方便 Check in 時更upgrade 了我們的房間 可以看到整個神戶夜景 很漂亮 酒店雖然已經很舊 但還是很整潔 工作人員也非常友善 是一次非常愉快的入住
