「Excellent room decoration and amenities」

「The staff was really nice. The hotel is small and quiet. I did not like seeing a rat my first night while sitting in the pool. I didn’t like alcohol being displayed but not for sale. I did not like coming back to my room on the second day with ants all over the bed. I did not like being charged for extra meal in regard to communication barrier with front desk staff.」

「My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. We had chefs come one evening and it was the best meal we had in Thailand - and there was so much food that it fed us for days! And probably the best part...

「No front desk. No indication on Hotels.com on how to check in. I had to reach out to host on Whatsapp to get access to the room. Room had an adjacent room and we could hear every word from the other side. This place is right next to a pond so ton of mosquitoes all around. Was in Thailand for 3 weeks all around and this was the worst place we stayed at. 」
