Great location for a stay with kids, we rented a car and that was perfect. Property was clean, lot’s of space in the appartement and the management was great and always helpful. I would recommend this if you don't want to stay IN the party but still on Phuket. Loved it for 3 weeks.

We only used the room for about 7 hours. We checked out of our resort and wanted somewhere to use as a day room so we could relax and shower before we flew home to Australia. Was lucky enough to get an early check in, there is a good little supermarket 5 minutes walk away and lots of little family run Thai restaurants

The place is nice, clean and quiet. 5min away from airport. The people who handle the property were very nice and friendly. Also they provided shelter for us to take us back to the airport. Definitely will still there again.

Chao Wilai are newly built apartments. They have 24hr security. This is gated community. All the amenities are very close by. The apartments was pristine clean. The staff were VERY nice and accommodating. The location of this apartment is excellent

We had such a great time here in Phuket! Clean, spacious, modern design, and quiet. Has all the amenities you need for a great stay. Close to Nai Yang Beach which is a beautiful and clean beach. Close to the market and everything you need for a comfortable stay. They have free airport pick up and drop off which was so convenient. But the best part is the people taking care of your stay here! They are super responsive and helpful with any questions you might have. They have great attitudes and are so thoughtful. We appreciate our time here! Thank you for having us!

The property we booked was already taken when we arrived, even though we booked over a month in advance. They had not mentioned that we had been moved to another property until the kind taxi driver spoke with the security guard. Not a nice thing to experience when arriving at midnight and tired children. Once in, the property was nice, spacious and cleaned.

The villas are newly built so everything was very clean, and the decor is lovely! (Keep in mind construction is still ongoing!). If you’re staying in the luxury townhouses you have to walk up a hill, we had to request for our luggage to be brought up which we thought was a little strange given the distance. At least 400m uphill in the heat is difficult with heavy suitcases! We also had to remind the staff to do this and only received our luggage after a few hours. You could still see some remnants of construction, like paint marks on skirtings, measurements written on the window pane etc. We also had a little lizard sneak in because the doorframe wasn’t sealed adequately, but normal for a tropical country. AC was great but some details on how to use would’ve been great! Lots of ants and bugs in the villa :( would’ve been nice if it was fumigated before our stay. The airport shuttle that we booked also never came, and we had to pay for our own. Very close to the airport so the cost is little, also has a convenience store just round the corner where we ordered grab from! They come directly to your villa which is great. Would be better to have clearer communication with staff as it felt like a few things were missed.

The stove did not work, and we wanted to use it. There are two bathrooms with hot water heaters, but only one worked. Washing machine did not work. Bed pillows were too firm. Staff is friendly and tried to help, but couldn't fix on the spot.

Spacious and comfortable stay

The apartment-style guest rooms were very spacious and family friendly. There is also working kitchen provided with utensils. There was a washing machine as well! The location is great - very close to the airport. They also provided with free pickup from the airport, which was super helpful given that it was very late at night and it was our first time visit to the country. Check out was easy as well. Quick repsonse via whatsapp messages. Lots of amenities walking distance from the hotel. Very safe and comfortable place

It's not a hotel, it's a townhouse style! We paid for 3 bedrooms for 4 people but was put in a 2 bedroom unit. The service lady offered us a 3 bedroom unit the next morning but it was a somewhat unmaintained unit which we declined. All bathrooms had no exhaust fans (for a modern property) and that's why the rooms smelled moldy which kept us waking up at night. The smell was just unbearable. Two of us got sick the next day with difficulty breathing, headache, and fatigue, probably due to the mold? The bathrooms were awfully designed with no space to even put things on! The ACs had a wet moldy smell because of the ocean air and none of the rooms had no exhaust fans! Yes in Thailand! Nice pillows, but OK beds. The laundry machine was dirty. It's a very nice property with walking distance to the beach, cafes, Tops and local Thai Muslim foods. The local people are extremely nice! They offer free van shuttle from and to airport but those drivers were unfriendly, no hello, they didn't even offer to drag the luggage to the door or put them in the van. It wasn't a Thai smile hospitality that we received. Words of advice do not take the hotel transportation service to places! They overcharge 2x-3x times! Take the bus or flag the abundance of tax on the main roads which is a 3 min walk. We do not recommend this "hotel". Sorry if we offend the owner but this is the truth like what other people have been saying
