"We had a wonderful family vacation at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort. This was our first beach vacation as a family, and it became a very special and memorable experience for my wife, our two daughters, and me. The resort has a beautiful tropical garden, great swimming pools, and a relaxing pool bar. We really enjoyed walking around the garden, interacting with the small animals, and watching the beautiful sunset near Karon Beach. The whole resort has a relaxing and family-friendly atmosphere. The front desk team was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff assisted us with our luggage, bookings, airport transfer, and many helpful suggestions throughout our stay. The buffet was very good, especially the Thai food. We also really appreciated the staff singing a birthday song for my wife during her birthday dinner. It was a lovely surprise and made our family dinner even more memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. We sincerely thank all the resort staff for their warm hospitality, friendly service, and thoughtful assistance. You made our first family beach vacation truly special, and we hope to stay here again when we return to Phuket!"

"We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The hotel has a great location; a small town is just 5 minutes away with massage services, restaurants, fruit shops, and convenience stores. If you're outside the town, it's only a 10-15 minute drive to Patong city center (approximately 300-400 baht for a private car, 5 seats). We participated in yoga, pickleball, yoga dance, and spa activities at the hotel, which were fantastic experiences. The breakfast was plentiful and varied every day. The room we stayed in this time was a bit old, but very spacious. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and some rooms have already been renovated. Hopefully, the hotel will be fully renovated by our next stay (expected completion early 2027). We will definitely stay at this hotel again."
