Good vibes only Ist im Seaboeard oberstes Motto. Das Restaurant ist wie gemacht zum chillen und der Strand ist ein Traum. Die Anlage hat noch den gewissen Charme und die Besitzerin und das Personal sind sehr nett .

Great Sunset Beach, nice big bungalows, tasty Italian and Thai food at the Restaurant. Beautiful plants and flowers on the propriety as well as a beautiful lightning at night. 7/11 24 hour shop is very close as many other shops and restaurants. We enjoyed Very much our stay during the New Year Holiday!

Nice bungalows with a great beachfront location. Would highly recommend booking beachside bungalow A-1 if available (it's literally just a few steps from the beach). We were well looked after by Paula, Max, and all the staff. Hotel has its own restaurant and bar (both good) but there are also many others just a short walk away along a nice beach. DJ with festivities on Wednesday nights.

We loved the atmosphere and the food of this place. It's run by the owner (Paula) and her right hand man (Max), both from Italy, with Giovanni-the-chef from Venice (top notch Italian food by any standards). Our bungalow was steps away from the beach (as all of their bungalows). On Wednesday evenings, Paula hosts an open air market followed by a DJ and dancing. A very cool place that we accidentally stumbled into, like going back in time to 1970's. The small beach has several sea-side cafe's and a few very good restaurants (in addition to Paula's place, of course). We'll be back next year.

Disappointing Stay

On arrival our passports were requested, but as we had just some over from Koh Samui for one night we didn’t think to bring them. If we had been notified that they would be needed, or if it mentioned this on the booking site then I would say we deserved the grief we received when we first arrived, however, this wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Then, when shown to our room the host pointed out that the room hadn’t finished being prepared, so she would send someone over to do so. Well, no one came to finish the room, so we had the old used towels and bath mat from the previous guest and I’m not even sure if the bed sheets had been changed! As, we had popped over to the island to attend a wedding, we didn’t have the time to chase this up before returning from the wedding that evening, so we had to make use of what we had. Very disappointing to pay top end (bungalow) prices for this kind of service.

Das Hotel liegt zentral direkt am Strand und in der Naehe von einigen Restaurants und kleineren Supermaerkten, die ueber den Strand schnell erreichbar sind. Die Besitzerin ist nett, allerdings darf man keinen service erwarten. Wir waren insgesamt vier Naechte dort, das Zimmer wurde in dieser Zeit nicht gereinigt, Handtuecher nicht gewechselt. Das Essen im Hotel ist ok.

don't stay here

We arrived at ferry pier and could not reach the resort for the advertised shuttle. When we arrived the owner said she no longer had a land line. No television as advertised. The linen was dirty, not just stained but dirty. They had dj night which was to end at 9pm but went on to10:30 pm so loud and same pounding beat. Food in restaurant was not good. Breakfast not until 9am. No daily cleaning or clean towels. Never did check in or out. Found a much nicer place for same cost. Salad beach resort is lovely and quiet.

Nice Place, close to the beach

The hotel was a little dated but for the price we paid it was worth it, the location is great just steps from the beach. Room was o.k had a nice little porch area where you could relax after a day on the beach. The staff were friendly enough and the restaurant had decent food but there were plenty others around the area.

attività ben gestita da due italiani molto gentili e disponibili. per spostarsi è necessarii il motorino anche se a piedi si trovano con facilità farmacia ristiranti e supermercato. unico neo la pulizia delle stanze.in 8 giorni non l'hanno mai pulita.

Skønt sted - fed stemning

Fantastisk sted direkte på Koh Phangans bedste strand. Perfekt til afslapning. Maden er håbløs, wifi-signalet svagt, strøm og vandtryk kommer og går jævnligt, der er kun rengøring 1 gang om ugen og man skal selv spørge efter nye håndklæder og toiletpapir. Men beliggenheden, stranden og stemningen opvejer ALLE de manglende faciliteter. Vil klart komme igen og kan kun anbefale det til alle der ønsker en dejlig afslappet ferie på et skønt sted hos nogle super søde værter. De er især gode til at hygge sig sammen med gæsterne, hvilket bidrager til den gode stemning. Der er flere gode og billige spisesteder i nærheden, man skal bare lidt væk fra stranden for at finde dem...

One of our favorite spots in Thailand during our 3 week tour. Enjoyed the private beach and ambiance of the restaurant and beach bar.The food was good and Max at the front desk took good care of us during our stay. I have recommended this spot to friends who are traveling to Thailand....LOVED IT!!!

Overpriced bungalow on the beach

We stayed here for 2 nights. It is in a great location on Haad Yao beach which is very beautiful. However, we paid extra for a "beach view" bungalow and the only beach view we got was a tiny strip of water if you look well on the patio- the actual view is more of the other bungalows. The bungalow is a good size and is less than a minute walk to the beach. Inside is very basic, and appears to be clean. However, we pulled the blankets out of the closet on the second night and noticed that they had stains all over them. Not sure if they had even been washed or if it was just a permanent stain but it definitely threw me off! After our two nights, we moved across the road and were able to get a clean bungalow for over half the cost and an amazing view. You definitely pay for the directly on the beach access at this place, but next time I will skip it and stay farther from the beach for a better value!

Seaboard Bungalows was a really great place to stay. Awesome beach, stunning bar, reasonably priced and not too far from full moon party. The beds were a bit hard and the bathroom was not the greatest, but the rooms were clean (although no room cleaning service while there) and the vibe was great in an awesome location. Perfect for a getaway with friends.

Nice hotel by the beach, staff are helpful

Bungalow was clean and comfortable, if your looking for something quite chilled and on the beach seaboard bungalows is your place.. Only down fall is did not clean your room for you. And sign stated you could book a taxi at reception, which we did on new year and ended up waiting an hour and 40 minute for one to turn up, ( I understand it was New Year's Eve) however due to this we needed up not even reaching the beach party for 12 o'clock to see the new year in.. Which was highly disappointing. However overal good comfort ale stay.

Die Reinigung der Bungalow war nicht zufriedenstellend. Was in "normalen Anlagen " ganz normal ist, musste man in dieser Anlage erbetteln zum Beispiel Zimmerreinigung, WC-Papier, Handtücher u.s.w. Hatten den teuersten Bungalow A1 gebucht.

Chill place, but could use some work

It's a chill place on a nice beach. The beachfront lounge has good vibes and standard food. The bungalows are quite nice from the outside (with a patio) and spacious on the inside, but not as nice or clean on the inside. The mattres was hard as a rock, our window drapes had mold on them, the TV was really old and didn't work, and some of the furniture was not in great shape. Do not expect any amenities or daily housekeeping (unless you pay extra for it). The owner is very friendly and helpful. All in a all, the place is fine if you're on a budget and not too picky, but really it's not good value for money -- at least at what we paid for it (60 bucks per night). I believe it should be rated 2.5 stars, probably not 3.

Det enkle bungalow-liv på Phangans kanskje beste s

Vi bodde 4 netter på Seaboard Bungalows som ligger på den vakre, rolige stranda Haad Yao, vest på Koh Phangan. Bungalowen vår (nr. A1) lå rett på stranda og dermed bare få meter fra vannkanten, og hadde en veranda hvor vi kunne sitte helt i fred og bare nyte utsikten. Bungalowen var enkelt utrustet, noe som for de fleste vil kunne passe godt med livet på denne stranda. Seaboard Bungalows har også en liten restaurant, men maten her kan dessverre ikke anbefales. Dra heller litt nordover på stranda til Haad Yao Resorts restaurant hvite du blir servert deilige Thai-retter av en gjeng artige og hyggelige kelnere. Stranda Haad Yao kan by på nesten 1km kritthvit sand, rent, turkis vann og palmesus. Og når det er flo har den i tillegg flotte badeforhold.

Schöne Bungalows direkt am Strand

Wir waren Anfang April auf der Insel Koh Panghan am Haat Yao Beach. Diese Reisezeit ist Nachsaison und Beginn der trockenen, heißen Periode. Bei der Ankunft wurde wir an der Straße vom Taxi rausgelassen und der Weg bis zur Rezeption war kein schöner Anblick. Für die Insel typisch lag der Müll (Plasik- und Glasflaschen) gehortet herum; kleinere Müll-Feuer qualmten und stanken entsetzlich. Unser Bungalow (A1) hatte eine Spitzenlage direkt am Strand! Eine große Veranda mit Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeit, unbeschreiblich schön. Das Wasser war bis auf 1-2 Tage sehr klar und sauber. Ein Korallenriff zieht sich den ganzen Strand entlang, zum Schnorcheln optimal. Schwimmen war nicht möglich, da das Wasser einfach ncht tief genug ist. Man hat praktisch eine riesengroße Badewanne vor der Tür. Der Strand hat superfeinen, weißen Sand. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und Geldautomat ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die am Strand gelegenen Ressorts bieten alle die Möglichkeit zum Essen. Im Vergleich ist dieser Strand etwas teurer, die nächstgrößere Ortschaft nur mit Taxi erreichbar. Die Inhaberin Paula ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Viele Hunde am Strand, die jedoch alle Besitzer haben.
