「Lots of hotel activities for both adults and children. Stayed for 3 nights and still so much yet to enjoy! It’s a resort you can stay without going outside! But Patong Elephant Care is a short 5-min walk away (through the beach route), worth spending an hour or two there!」

It has free airport pick up and transfer services, but if you want to walk, it takes only less than 10mins to walk from the exit 1 of international terminal, if taking the short cut. 「Overall, hotel is very nice with easy commute to Patong city center either by walking or TukTuk. The initial hotel check in was good, room cleanliness could have been improved - there were some dirty areas, most likely because the hotel was at high occupancy and in a rush to get ready for next guest. 」

「Our luggages were put under the sun directly for few hours while pending for checkin. It damaged my luggage’s handles causing by high temperature. The handles were melted. It is suggested cover to be placed over luggage to avoid unexpected damaged.」
