They do greet you, chat with you and care about your needs. The rooms are clean,air con is freezing cold, TV has a lot of channels including Chinese, English (ABC. FOX, BBC and so on.) At the last day when I checked out, it rained so heavy. The receptionist even went out and bought a new umbrella lending to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!」
