"For almost $300 for a one night stay we were very underwhelmed. This was a motel. Smoking section across from our room where people were always sitting and smoking. Drug users were in close vicinity sleeping on the sidewalk in front. Must have been inflated prices due to Memorial cup…just was not worth that much. Breakfast was ok, not a great selection. Would not pay more than $150 to stay here again."

"We needed to make use of the hide a bed, but when we opened it there was garbage in there. We informed the staff and they brought us a cot. We were only brought one sheet to cover the mattress and no top sheet, and the sheet had multiple stains. The mattress had a large tear at the bottom. When we moved the sofa to put the cot there it was all dirty under the sofa."

"We have come to expect that hotel beds are just “meh”. We were blown away by how comfortable the beds here were! I have cancelled bookings at other properties for future stays in Kelowna and booked here specifically for the comfort of the beds!!"

"The room was acceptable when it comes to cleanliness. Lots of little things could be better like having a microwave oven turn table platter that fit the microwave. The air conditioner was extremely loud so we didn’t get much sleep the first night but they had no problem moving us to a different room for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was disappointing. Cooked pealed eggs in a rice cooker were like rubber bouncing balls. The area was reasonably quiet and we enjoyed watching the local Marmots. Overall the rooms and esthetics of the building were slightly run down."
