「Great hotel on Canal Park. Stayed here due to location and am happy with the decision. Staff was friendly. We were here on December when there was a hockey tournament near by, that was the only issue. The boys running up and down the halls and banging on doors. Would request a lake view and not pool side next time. 」

「Expedia, 0 ⭐️
Hampton Inn Duluth Canal Park, 5 ⭐️
Hotel is under renovations. The front desk and breakfast/social gathering area are torn up and closed. Expedia makes zero mention of this when booking. The hotel website informs people immediately on their homepage.
I contacted Expedia and after 20 minutes, they found on the app under “policies” it states, “hotel is under renovations”, so I should have been informed. I said it took you 20 minutes to find this information out and you work...
