Great Experience!

I really enjoyed my 10 night stay. The unit was spacious, clean and close to many amenities in the city. I want to thank Zoe and the rest of the staff for their quick response in accommodating a last minute request and I would definitely book with Boardwalk whenever I am in the area again. An adventurous alternative to hotel stay

Staying at a "guest house" was a new experience- private bedrooms, but shared bathrooms, kitchen & living area. Home-y to have cupboards full of needed utensils, system to label your personal food items by room#; pleasant decor, back deck to sit & sip morning tea. Extra bonus of meeting new people & having conversations with other residents/guests in the common area.

The environment is good and central, but the room is not as described in the picture. The beddings is the worst I have seen in the recent past. Rooms seem not well partitioned as noise from adjacent rooms would not allow lodgers sleep. My stay isn’t worth the money.

It didn’t feel like a shared kitchen - must have long time renters. Fridge and freezer on main level were over full. Dishwasher never seemed emptied and dishes sat in dryer rack. Didn’t seem to have respect to those coming behind them Carpets need cleaning. Need some air cleaners to help with excess food smell.

There was no clear indication at the time of booking that the room would be located in the basement. Noise from people walking or talking on the main floor is quite noticeable, which can be disruptive. Additionally, the bed is unsteady and makes noise with even slight movements.
