"The staff was really nice and courteous. The room was spotless. Amenities including the lounges (the 45th and the 47th floors) are very spacious and have variety of seating arrangements. The gym was a little small for the size of the hotel. The location of the hotel is amazing. Very to the Shinjuku station and all the restaurants and shopping areas. "
