"Lovely overnight stay in a club double room. Free parking was big bonus. Check in was very professional and check out was just as super. Room was lovely with good facilities and a view over the Tyne. Ate in Quay 7, which was good, efficient service and with 20% discount on food/drink, made it very good. First time staying at the Copthorne, and if we are staying again in Newcastle, we will look to see what’s on offer. Lovely gesture from the manager to reach out and chat with my wife as I was checking out. It’s not often that happens ! THANK YOU !"
