「Great location! Very clean room! Staff was friendly!! I was disappointed that the restaurant in the hotel did not do room service. I forgot my slippers at home and asked if I could please have a pair from the front desk...they said that they were all out since 1 week ago. ( they normal have them for guest) so that was disappointing. At the restaurant Saturday night they had a DJ....which would have been good if he played for the crowd. But, the music was more for the younger generation...

「stairwells were filthy, pool closed with no warning. and fire alarm went off at 10pm causing us and everyone else to come down we were on the 10th floor.. only to be told it was a false alarm after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes.」

「The room was clean. We didn’t use any of the amenities or eat breakfast it was served at 6:30 and we left prior to that, this was just a quick stop to sleep and move to our next destination. Good location to the highways. 」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「Filthy sheets, clearly not laundered, sink and shower also disgustingly dirty. Checked out immediately (did not stay the night), staff told us we could get a refund through Expedia but 5 days later they have still not responded to Expedia’s emails and phone calls, so we are out CAD 144. DO NOT STAY HERE, AVOID!」

「The entire room was coated in something sticky (nightstands, floor, counters, door handles etc). We used the room only to change for the waterpark.. The room also said it would sleep 3, yet they couldn't provide a cot. We DID NOT stay the night, its very uncomfortable in the room. 」

「I didn’t enjoy my stay here. The place was really dirty and unkept there was blood o. The sheet. Dirty all over I would never book thru Expedia again after this experience because I genuinely felt unsafe for my life while there.」
