「Great location, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. An all around pleasure to stay at this property on multiple occasions.」

「Very beautiful Inn. The rooms are very clean and quiet. There are lots of sitting areas on the property, and a pier that you can walk out on to view the bay. The breakfast was wonderful. There is a small bar downstairs, but we weren't sure if it was in operation. The check-in was a bit awkward. Hotels.com had listed that I would receive an email from the Inn within 5 days of my reservation. I never received an email from the Inn, so I emailed them and didn't hear back. 「The room was dirty, shower curtain dirty and ripped , towels has stains on them, no breakfast like advertised, lots of drug and prostitution in back of building it was awful worst place I’ve ever stayed would not recommend to anyone then I booked on line when I got there they told me they would not take anymore money off my card and took another 100 dollars that they said would be refunded to me that I did not get a refund for and was supposed to get refunded for the two night we did not stay...

「We booked an ADA walk in shower accessible for family we were traveling with. When we arrived computers were down, didn’t no when we could check in. I was told to check back in an hour. Now they guarantee 3 pm check in. I called back and at 6 pm she asked if I was on the list. Earlier when I was present there was no list. Do I hit on the list to get checked in and once again told to wait or call back. I reminded her we needed ada shower room she said ok. At 10pm I got to my room. No...

「The staff was friendly. The room was clean and linens on the bed were made well. I slept better than usual in a hotel. The physical facilities were old and needed work but this did not hinder our stay. It was an ok place to stop for the night. I would stay again.」
