「Hotel really well located for amenities and a brilliant sea view. The room was clean and comfortable. On street parking limited on Saturday. Hallway areas looking pretty run down and main door for hotel guests was broken so open all night. Bit of a safety risk. Sat down for breakfast and then we were forgotten about. It took 20 mins before I got up and asked a girl who was mopping the floors if we could order. Another 25 mins for the breakfast to arrive. When it arrived it was ok but nothing...

「Rooms are all in upper floors 2nd or above, no elevator/lifts made it difficult for elders. The rooms are well maintained. Water pressure/hot water is an issue.」

「We had a lovely short stay at Macbeth’s Hillock. The cottage was clean, cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. We mainly stayed there overnight while travelling, but I also cooked dinner there, which worked very well. The location is peaceful, close to local sights, and right next to a farm with beautiful sheep, which made the stay feel even more charming. A very pleasant place for our short stay.」
