"We stayed here for 2 days and had a wonderful time. The service was exceptional from the receptionists to the restaurant servers. The staff were helpful , friendly and even accommodated our 5 hrs early check in. The bed was comfortable . The area was quiet at night. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast on both days. Everything was clean . Despite a minor plumbing issue in the shower and the limited gym equipment , we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back . The guest relation receptionists were under a great manager , Chi Vo . "

The staff were welcoming and always greeted guests with a smile. The whole hotel had a calm and pleasant atmosphere that made the stay very relaxing. "The location is fabulous! You step outside into the hustle and bustle of Hanoi but once you are in the hotel, it is peaceful and calm. Staff were very helpful during our stay. We came back an additional night and staff were very welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic and highly recommended. The lady chef was lovely and very accomodating both days we were there. Definitely recommend this hotel!!! "

"Hotel situated in the Old Quarter which is a busy area with many shops and restaurants. Streets are narrow, many motorbikes so must be aware. Welcome to hotel is excellent. Staff were outside and taking my bags as I got out of taxi. I was offered tea while they dealt with checking in and checked my room and taking my bag. Was given a map and pointed out places of interest. Staff were always smiling and addressed me by name. Treated as a member of the family. The personal touch. The hotel is small but cosy and well decorated. Has style. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
