"Friendly team, comfortable beds, spacious (but not huge) rooms. Great location and good value. Lower floors can be noisier (we stayed one night on 11th, one a few days later on 4th which was less good). Breakfast was good but not the best we've had in Vietnam."

A pesar de estar en medio de una calle concurrida, nuestra habitación era tranquila y la cama tamaño king era muy cómoda. Es un hotel pequeño, pero recibimos un servicio excelente, desde el registro de entrada y salida hasta el desayuno buffet y todo lo demás. Todo el personal fue muy atento y se anticipó a nuestras necesidades, ofreciéndonos servicios especiales según nuestras preferencias alimentarias y planes de viaje y actividades. "The hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of the old quarter so you are close to everything but it is quiet when you're in your room and easy to sleep in the otherwise loud city. The room was clean, shower was great, good size room. The staff are so friendly and take really good care of you. The rooftop bar has great views of Hanoi and there is a hot tub you can use however it was a little hot, so maybe ask for it "not too hot" when you book to use it. "
