Our stay was nice! Actually had the entire property to ourselves! However I believe that may have come at a price of no bar/restaurant services, we are very adaptable and understanding so it was not a big issue.
Property is amazing! Will return when back in Jamaica!
The staff, GQ and Keisha were so awesome! The room was huge, beds were so comfortable! We had a two queen bed room! The ac worked perfectly. The tvs had Netflix. The WiFi was fast! Only actual good WiFi in all of our stays in Jamaica. Close to the airport if you don’t want to venture into Kingston. We arrived late and didn’t know where to eat in the area and GQ went to get us dinner and brought it back for us. We had goat curry and it was honestly the best meal we had in Jamaica! He also made us an unbelievably generous complimentary breakfast in the am that was ready early for our departure! The pool area is right over lookingthe ocean and absolutely gorgeous! When you sleep it is so peaceful to hear the sound of the ocean. We only stayed one night but we wished we stayed longer. Staff is so accOmodating and chill! Would absolutely stay here again! Already miss the staff!
I really hate to give them 1 star. The view is to die for and the place is clean. Clearly the owners have the best intentions. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. We are returning Jamaicans. I want to subjectively declare that there is a disparity in the service and treatment offered to us than those of our traditional tourist counterparts 1. There was no record of our reservation 2. There was no hot water in the shower and I had the NERVE to insist on wanting a room with hot water. I was told “the water isn’t cold”. I insisted on it and we were given a different room… as per Rose, she took care of it for us 3. The sink pipe barely has water coming out… don’t worry, I didn’t complain as the tub had hot water. 4 The sliding doors are extremely difficult to slide— don’t bother just squeeze sideways unto the porch! We got a beautiful breakfast 2 days in a row I believe compliments of Rose. On our third day we were scheduled to leave at 9:30 Breakfast was usually served at 9, there was none. Not even an offering of tea or juice. All the workers were sitting around talking until the new guest from the previous night came down. They were greeted warmly and offered an option of breakfast and served in front of us. When Rose was asked why the difference in treatment she once again took ownership and said “I just wasn’t in a working mood today”. Upon leaving, we gave her $20 tip anyway. 5. Let me emphasize that there are no stores in the immediate vicinity for someone to WALK to.

Great Stay!
Overall happy about the accommodations. If you book your stay at this location, be ready to show your booking at the desk for a smooth, quick, and easy check-in process. The restroom is nice and the linen was fresh. For the room my boyfriend and I stayed in, I would suggest replacing that chair that had old rusted legs. Also, add an additional nightstand on the other side of the bed.
Thanks again!
The food was very delicious there was a variety you had the choice of American food or Jamaican food I love that option the premises was very clean the staff was very neat mannerable helpful all in all I will be returning again for the Fourth of July I look forward to returning
Manager not aware we were coming, no table or night stands, no lamps only bare bulb's on ceiling, no restaurant or menu, beach littered with junk and old car parts, sliding door lock broke, coffee so weak looked like dirty water, under construction and mashed up, will never finish
This is very nice place. AC, hot water, clean sheets and towels, tv etc. it is safe, quiet and CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT….which it was very convenient. “House-made food”, with the staff very approachable and willing to accommodate your need. If you text beforehand to the hotel’s number, they will answer you. I stayed there for 2 nights without any problems. It is a typical Jamaican colorful place, so if you are looking for the Marriott Marquis in NYC, this is not that luxurious place, but it’s coziness and warm environment will satisfy your trip. Thank you very much to the staff. I had a good time!

Overpriced! No hot water, dirty beach and expensive food. No card machine, you're expected to walk around with loads of cash to pay. The receptionist Neisha was pleasant but I would not book here again.
First of all its into a narrow lane ,it was in the night by the time i got there and only to hear that there's no room available so i had to leave and went into Kingston to find a place to spend the night i was driving all night until 12 am just to get a room

Little pool which is ok for kids, with lights. Beach not so great. Nice little eating area and kitchen. Nice views up the beach of little mountains. AC and bathrooms are fine. A little tricky to find, but very convenient to airport!
This is such a beautiful place! The view was breathtaking. The staff was amazing and made my best friend and I feel at home. Definitely a place to go to if you want to get away from the busy parts of Kingston.

The property was off the beaten path, very quiet, and had a wonderful ambiance with waves lashing the shores right behind the building. We had a room with a balcony which overlooked the sea. I appreciate the fact that I wanted a room with a view which was not available at the time of check in but the staff did all they could to make this accommodation available for me. While the workers did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, it seems as if they are overworked and understaffed. Meals, although delicious, took a long time to prepare. If you are the only guest wishing for a cooked dinner on premises, you are out of luck as it is not practical to cook for one or two people. Apparently they recently went through a staff change and are trying to keep the pace, so what I experienced is not what most previous reviews spoke of glowingly.
Before we got on the plane to head to Jamaica, I messaged the place to ask about late check-in and they responded very quickly, even asking what we wanted for supper when we arrived!
We pulled up at around 8pm and rang the bell at the property's gate. A moment later a young woman came out and directed us in. She took us to our room and even offered to let us switch rooms if we didn't like the one she had allotted to us. We decided the original room was fine and she advised us to head down to the patio by the pools when we were ready to eat. We realized quickly that the lock to our room was broken and we were unable to gain access back to our room.
The property immediately started working on getting the door fixed and let us move to a 2-bed room so our stuff could be secure. No paper work, or anything, just a simple transfer. They went the extra mile beyond that by providing certain comforts that we enjoyed at home, but were afraid we'd have to go without while on vacation.
Each morning the property made us breakfast (jamaican or american) and every evening they made us supper (jamaican or american). Each breakfast came with a plate of fresh fruit for my wife and I to share as well as a hot tea and coffee. The bananas, y'all, are out.of.this.world.
They offered to take us around town and to help us get around in places that tourist may not be as welcomed. By the end of the trip, we felt we had made new friends. More on google maps reviews!
I only stayed for a few hours but the attendant was very accommodating. He cooked a meal for me and made sure the Netflix was on so that I could catch up on my shows while waiting for my connecting flight. Despite the accommodations, the room I was in had a beautiful ocean view! The only down side which I didn’t think was a downside was that the place was hard to find and there was a lot of construction happening around the property so your views are limited, still breathtaking though!
