Since there’s a phone in the room, it would have been more considerate if they had called first."

"We had a great stay at the Citadines on Bourke Melbourne!! We loved the location as it was close to everything in the CBD. The room itself was spacious and very clean. There are lots of elevators so getting up and down was easy. The only issue I had was scented fragrance that hits you as you walk into the building and lobby (way too strong). "
