"Room, breakfast, facilities... Everything was / is good at this hotel. Have been staying for years now, and always sleep well and enjoy it! "

"A basic but clean room, ideal for the purpose of getting an early morning flight or arriving back into Birmingham after the last train. Bed sheets didn’t quite fit the bed but were clean. Hotel bar / food area was rammed, maybe an oversight on the hotel designers part, more than adequate for most hotels but reflective of the lack of other amenities. I went to the airport and got on a train to resorts world for dinner. Overall though I would definitely use this hotel again and can highly recommend it as a good value no frills quality option. "

"Good location with large clean rooms, beds were comfortable. Perhaps more in the way of teas/coffees etc wouldn’t go amiss."

"We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly throughout. The rooftop bar was lovely for both a few drinks before we went out and for the breakfast in the morning. We didn't use the gym or spa which we would have liked to, but didn't have time, so can't comment on them. The room was a lovely size and very clean. Would happily use again."

"Rooms clean but air-conditioning not working and extractor fans in toilets doesn't work. Breakfast is average and pancakes machine was broken "

"Personally for the cost, I feel like it’s now over priced. This hotel used to be one of the best in the Airport, but I feel it needs a revamp, the rooms need some TLC. "
