We were impressed with the city views and balcony area, size of the apartment and proximity to areas we wanted to visit. However, the room had a very bad sewerage/drain smell which didn’t seem to dissipate during the stay. The car park entry is 2.1m but the actual carpark we were given did not fit a larger car in it due to the limited underground parking areas.
The apartment was very noisy with city and train noises all night long, which is understandable for the location but if you do not like too much noise, I would suggest looking somewhere else.

Didn’t see any staff but it was evident that they were around in a back office as hot air was being pumped from their office into the lobby area. This made entry to the building very unpleasant.
The room was dated and worn eg chips in furniture and a dvd player (unplugged) and not a smart TV.
However, the room was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable.
