「The bathroom shower design is not good. Water is easily spread out during shower, strongly suggest to improve this. The room is a bit still, but ok for 2 person. Other areas are ok.」

「They didn't allow me to get on the shuttle bus to airport simple because I didn't make a booking.」

「房間的隔音非常好」

「Room key card does not work. Ring the reception green bell. No one on duty. Automaticaly forward to voice mail.waiting for 3 hours. Cannot get in touch somebody. Move one night to other hotel. No compensation. Terribly bad service. Never stay this hotel. 」

「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」

「環境簡單。住宿是一雅房，與他人共享衛浴廁所。可能到的時間偏晚，沒有熱水澡可洗。但是，入住前已收到如何於下班時間入住的說明，也算是相當簡單方便。」

「The hotel room is okay, fairly clean, what's worth mention is the owner of the hotel is a really nice and friendly guy, it's my first visit to Wynnum and he helped me a lot」

「The hotel was an alright stay. But I originally got the wrong room given to me which was okay as the staff fixed the issue very quickly. The room that I ended up getting was nice but a bit dirty. A couple of stains on the carpet and walls. The pool looked really nice. The buffet breakfast was a bit overpriced for what it was and didn’t have too many options. But overall it was an alright stay and I would definitely stay here again. Staff were very nice.」
