「They have truly thought of everything at the Yellow Barn Estate. Heaven is in the details. Spacious room; soft towels; plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion; kitchen in which everything you might need is available; heartwarming shared spaces. 「This property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. The staff couldn't be nicer. The breakfast is delicious. We love to stay here whenever we visit the area. 」

「My boyfriend and I have stayed in the yurts a few times and we love it. It’s quiet, right on the lake. The cell reception is minimal (which is a nice break for the both of us) we absolutely love it here. It’s a short drive to penn yan for coffee or shopping or ice cream. Neither of us are drinkers but if you like wine, there are also several wineries nearby. Overall this is a great little getaway that we will keep coming back to. 」

「Front desk staff very nice and helpful. We had a situation in our room, where our cat hid under the bed which was a platform. The housekeeping staff was extremely helpful getting her out from inside the bed!!」

「Conveniently located in center of town with shops and restaurants at walking distance. As a consequence, there’s quite a bit of street noise. Eat plugs drown it out. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Friendly staff. Good value for money. 」
